Tote - Deep Blue Bubble Bag

This funky and fun bag is a head turner!  The bubble blue fabric is an unexpected choice for a bag, but it works!  The bag measures 16" W x 15" H and has thick stretchy black and white straps.  The striped liner has one internal zipper pocket and a magnetic snap closure.
